SHIPPING
Shipping charges are an additional amount and will be calculated based on the total order amount. Some larger items may have an oversize charge in addition to the normal freight charges. To guide you in estimating your shipping charges please see the chart below:

We offer the following ship methods:
UPS Ground: Order received within 7-10 business days
UPS 3 Day Express: Order received in 3 business days
UPS 2 Day Express: Order received in 2 business days
*UPS Overnight: Order received the next business day.
Ground Truck: Order received in 10-15 business days
All orders submitted by 12PM CST Monday - Friday will normally ship that day or the next business day. Orders received after that time will normally ship on the second or third business day. Larger oversized items will be shipped via common carrier truck freight.
The shipment order can be tracked by instructions noted on your shipping confirmation e-mail. Please note that all orders submitted by 12PM CST Monday - Friday will ship the next business day. Orders received after 12PM will be shipped on the second business day.

RETURN POLICY
Because orders are processed very quickly and normally ship the same business day, once an order is submitted it cannot be cancelled However, please note that after order receipt you have 30 days(from date of invoice) to return any item(s) for any reason.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To process a return, please call us toll free at 1-800-304-6067 for an RMA #, and send the item(s) back using the return instructions located on the enclosed invoice.
Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of order shipment with a receipt. Credit's will be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase, no exceptions. Complete return instructions will be included with every order. To return an item, just follow the instructions below: Please call toll free 1-800-304-6067 to notify us of the item you would like to return. The customer service representative will inquire on the reason for your return and then issue you a return number (RMA#).
Please write the RMA# on the space designated on the return label and fill out the return portion of the invoice, including the reason for the return.
Repackage your item (including original contents) in its original carton, apply the return label, and send the item back. If a return label is not available, send your package to: Polaris Direct; 1997 Polaris Parkway, Vermillion, SD 57069.
Once we receive the item, we will automatically issue you a credit card refund within 3 business days. The refund will show up on your credit card bill under "Polaris Direct".
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: Any item, authorized for return, must be shipped back within 30 days of original invoice date.
Items, authorized for return, should be complete and in their original state - including original packaging, manuals, etc. (This is requested , but not mandatory)
Games, software and collectibles are not returnable unless returned unopened in original packaging with documentation.
Items will not be accepted if they show signs of being used or worn.
Items designated as "close out", "non-returnable" are not returnable for credit.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Polaris does not pay return shipping charges.
Items must be returned in a sturdy carton, using strong tape to secure. For your own protection, please insure the package for the value of its contents.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
We warrant to the original consumer or purchaser that your GEM accessories and parts will be free from defects in factory materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 90 days from the date of sale, subject to the terms and provisions contained herein.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
All GEM parts and accessories replaced under warranty become the property of Polaris Sales Inc. and must be returned to the factory for inspection, on request.
Any other expenses incurred in obtaining warranty repairs, including transportation, are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise stated in this warranty.

Changes by Polaris Industries Inc. in design or equipment made during the course of ownership shall not apply to any GEM vehicle previously manufactured or purchased.
This warranty shall not apply to damage or repair costs caused by:
1) Failure to operate, maintain, and service, as specified in the GEM Owner�s Manual.
2) Abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, collision, or operation other than the specified design, use and speed.
3) Alteration or repair outside of factory specifications.
4) Use of components, including batteries, not specified in the applicable owner�s manual or any damage avoidable with the proper use of specified GEM components.
6) Fading, deterioration or weathering of seats, floor mats, composite parts or paint caused by ordinary wear and tear of exposure.
This warranty shall not apply to normal maintenance. This maintenance includes, but is not limited to, battery fluid replenishment, brake adjustment, brake fluid replenishment, and brake shoes. Consumables such as light bulbs, fuses, etc. are not covered.
Our dealers are independently owned and operated, and may sell products other than GEM. Therefore, you should understand that GEM is not, and cannot be, responsible for the quality, suitability or safety of any non-genuine GEM parts, accessories or design modifications, including labor, which may be sold and/or installed by a GEM dealer or anyone else, or any damage caused thereby.
There are no other expressed warranties on your GEM beyond those set forth herein, and no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness to the full extent allowed by law. GEM and its dealers shall not be liable for loss of use, inconvenience, lost time, commercial loss or any incidental, consequential or other damages.

MOBILE SERVICE
Products on this site are available for purchase and installation by a GEM factory-trained, Mobile Service Technician in California, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina,North Carolina, Alabama, and Virginia. Working out of their Mobile Service Vans, equipped with all the necessary tools and test equipment,as well as having an extensive stock of repair parts, batteries and accessories, allows them the ability to perform any repairs or accessory installations at your home, business, or military base, therefore eliminating the need to have your vehicle driven or towed to a service facility.
